中國酒店業(yè)發(fā)展研究
 
摘 要:加入WTO后,中國酒店業(yè)面臨國內外市場的劇烈競爭.本文就中國酒店業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題進行研究，并提出內外結合、培養(yǎng)酒店管理人才、降低經營成本、增加新型營銷方法、實現(xiàn)營銷方式多元化、進行酒店特色經營、改變固有思維模式、積極吸取外來先進觀念、提高員工素質、實行內部培訓與外出進修相結合等戰(zhàn)略。

Research on Chinese Hotel Industry Development
 
Abstract:After joining WTO, Chinese hotel industry faced with domestic and foreign markets’ fierce competition. This article conducts the research on the Chinese hotel industry present situation and its the existence question  and proposes the correlation countermeasures: integrating the internal and external, training the hotel managerial talent, reducing the cost of operation, increasing the new marketing method, realizating the market way, carrying on the hotel characteristic management, changing the inherent thought pattern, positively absorbing the external advanced idea, improving the staff quality, combinating internal training and education and so on.
