淺談中學(xué)音樂教師應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)

摘 要
在提倡素質(zhì)教育的教學(xué)改革背景之下,音樂教育是素質(zhì)教育的1個重要方面,有著德育、智育和體育不可替代的作用,而教師的素質(zhì)對學(xué)生的身心發(fā)展和教師自身發(fā)展有著直接的影響,從根本上決定著音樂教育的質(zhì)量。新課程需要具備新的教育觀念、知識結(jié)構(gòu)、教育技能并集教學(xué)科研于1身的新型教師。本文主要從音樂教師應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的基本素質(zhì)、新時期的音樂教師應(yīng)不斷改變思想觀念、提升音樂教師基本素質(zhì)的方法與途徑等方面對新時期國內(nèi)中小學(xué)音樂教師應(yīng)具備的素質(zhì)進行了有益探討。

ABSTRACT
In advocates the education for all-around development under the educational reform background. The music education is an education for all-around development important aspect, has function which the moral education, the intellectual instruction and the sports cannot be substituted, but teachers quality has the direct influence to students body and mind development and the teacher own development, fundamentally is deciding the music education quality. The new curriculum needs to have the new education idea, the knowledge structure, the education skill sum aggregate teaching scientific research to a body new teacher. The quality, promotion music teacher basic aspect and so on quality method and measure from the traditional pattern which this article mainly which the music teacher must have the basic quality, the new time music teacher should have the quality which should have to new time domestic elementary and middle schools music teacher has carried on the discussion.
