試論音樂治療與大學生心理健康

[摘 要] 音樂治療學是210世紀中葉創(chuàng)建于歐美的1門新興的交叉性應用科學。雖然從創(chuàng)建至今不過半個多世紀,但是音樂治療學卻以驚人的速度在世界上許多國家傳播開來,并且不斷的發(fā)展壯大。音樂治療學是研究如何用音樂治療、康復、教育和訓練有身體和精神疾患的兒童和成人,保護人群健康的1門學科。大學生處在人生發(fā)展的重要階段,面臨學習、交友、戀愛、就業(yè)、成長等種種問題。筆者力圖站在1個大學生的角度對音樂治療學這個既帶有心理及精神醫(yī)學專業(yè)知識,又具有深厚的美學和藝術特征的學科與大學生心理健康普遍存在的問題做1些嘗試性的探討。

Abstract: The therapeutics of the music is to establish a new developing crossing applied science in America and Europe in middle period of the 20th century. But over half a century though from establishing to the present, music therapeutics a lot of countries travel in the world with surprising speed, and constant development. Music therapeutics to study how treat , recover , educate and train have body and spiritual childrens and adults of illness with music, protect crowd a healthy discipline. University students are in the important stage of developing in life, face such all sorts of problems as the study , friend-making , love , employment , growth ,etc.. I tried hard to stand on a university students angle therapeutics this has already had psychology and medical professional knowledge of spirit to the music, do some tentative discussions in discipline with deep aesthetics and artistic characteristic again and ubiquitous question of university students psychological health.
