語言文學畢業(yè)論文-淺談中學語文教師的智力素養(yǎng)
摘 要
智力素養(yǎng)是教師必備的素養(yǎng)之1,是教育的內(nèi)在必然要求。但大多數(shù)人,其中不乏教育工作者,常常把它看成是對教育的1種贊美,很少有人去檢查我們的教師是否具有良好的智力素養(yǎng)。然而,教育是1項大的智力工程,教師只有具備了智力素養(yǎng),才能夠很好地發(fā)展學生的智力。為了適應(yīng)新世紀素質(zhì)教育對語文教學的要求,中學語文教師必須充分發(fā)揮自身的智力潛能。
本文將從語文教師智力素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),來闡明智力素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵及其重要性,并從教學觀察力,教學注意力,教學記憶力,教學想象力,以及教學思維力幾個方面入手,探討智力素養(yǎng)在中學語文教學中的運用。

ABSTRACT
The intelligence accomplishment is one of the teachers necessary attainments, and also is the education intrinsic necessity requirements. But the majority, among which there is not lack the educators, frequently regarding it as a praises to the education, the very few people inspect that whether teachers do have the good intelligence accomplishment. However, the education is a big intelligence project; only the teacher has had the intelligence accomplishment, they could develop students intelligence well. In order to adapt the new century education for all-around development to the language and literature teaching requirement, the high school language and literature teacher must fully display their own intelligence on potential.
This article will start from the present situation of Chinese teacher intelligence accomplishment, expounded the intelligence accomplishment connotation and the importance of it from the several aspects like teaching power of observation, the teaching attention, the teaching memory, the teaching imagination, as well as teaching the power of the teaching thought, the article will discuss intelligence accomplishment in teaching utilization of high school.
