論秘書的職業(yè)道德建設

摘   要

秘書工作作為現代社會最廣泛的社會職業(yè)之1，它不僅是設立在黨政機關、企業(yè)單位、社會團體的1個職位角色，更重要的是它能直接輔助領導，協(xié)助其組織、指揮、管理工作和全面處理日常事務。因此，加強秘書的職業(yè)道德建設與研究勢在必行。本文主要論述了秘書職業(yè)道德建設的內容、要求，并從誠信守法、自尊自愛、廉潔自律等方面論述了如何加強和建設秘書的職業(yè)道德，這對新時期的秘書工作有著深遠的意義。
