YKSL1730立式電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子模態(tài)仿真研究

摘 要:應(yīng)用3維建模軟件建立了YKSL1730型大型立式電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的3維模型和虛擬樣機(jī)模型,在MSC.visualNastran有限元前后處理與仿真系統(tǒng)中,建立了該電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的有限元模型,對(duì)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真分析,得到了轉(zhuǎn)子的受力參數(shù)值。通過(guò)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)仿真驗(yàn)證了仿真模型的正確性。并對(duì)3維模型進(jìn)行有限元模態(tài)仿真,獲得頻率、振型及分布規(guī)律,驗(yàn)證了現(xiàn)有電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)子鐵心結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)度的修改,建立了1系列電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子模型,對(duì)它們進(jìn)行模態(tài)仿真,獲得轉(zhuǎn)子固有頻率與鐵心長(zhǎng)度的變化規(guī)律,最后給出了電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子鐵心結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)度的修改方案。該方法可為同類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)修改提供參考。

Study On Mode Simulation of the rotor of large type vertical motor YKSL1730

Abstract: Virtual prototyping models and 3D models of the rotor of large type vertical motor YKSL1730 have been established in 3D modeling system Then by using MSC.Nastran finite element simulation system, the finite element models of the rotor have been established, kinematics properties, and natural modal parameters and mode shapes of the rotor have been gained by finite element simulation with Msc.Nastran system. The analysis of natural stress with their distributings of modes of some low frequencies have been completed. through the kinematics simulation results demonstrate the validity of simulation models. As well as 3D finite element model simulation mode, access frequency, mode of the distribution law certification of the existing motor rotor structure to meet the design requirements. And through the structure of the rotor core length changes. the establishment of a series of rotor model of their modal simulation, Rotor was inherent frequency and length of the core changes in the law, given the rotor length of the core structure of the amendment proposal. This method could provide some references for design and modification of kinds of the same product developing.
