論文答辯英文開場白

　　畢業(yè)論文完成之后都需要參加統(tǒng)一的畢業(yè)論文答辯，答辯前需要學(xué)生進(jìn)行開場白，也就是對個人的姓名、論文題目、導(dǎo)師、以及論文的創(chuàng)作背景等做一個簡單的概括。

　　英語畢業(yè)論文答辯開場白范例：

　　Good morning， Distinguished professors and teachers， ladies and gentlemen， thank you for attending the oral defense. (或Welcome to attend the oral defense.) ： I am XX.

　　First and foremost， I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisor， professorXX， for his intellectual guidance， invaluable instructions and comments on my thesis.

　　It is with his valuable assistance that I have finally accomplished this thesis. My topic is On the tragedy figures at historical turning points(Comparison of KongYiji and Rip Van )The whole thesis consists of 6 parts.

　　The first part will give a brief introduction of the negative， evasive and conservative attitudes of Kong and Rip as well as the topic’s significance in the real society.

　　And the second part is going to analyze the figures’ background to show the historical necessity of the tragedies.

　　In the third part， the tragic heroes’ failing in the character according to their living environment will be further discussed and the fourth part is to talk about their different tendency of dispositions and behaviors in the society.

　　Then the author will dig into the root causes of the tragedies in the fifth part， and sum up the whole paper to reveal the ideological weak points of the two countries separately in the last part. Thank you!

　　主要陳述內(nèi)容：

　　(1)自己選擇這個題目的原因;

　　(2)設(shè)計和實施的簡單過程(如，商務(wù)方向：采用什么方法來搜集信息、資料等);search the information from library and then internet

　　(3)自己論文的主要內(nèi)容(不要念論文，最好用4、5句話簡單介紹論文內(nèi)容，如，商務(wù)方向：做了哪些調(diào)查，得出什么結(jié)論，計劃如何實施項目);

　　(4)仍然存在的問題(如，商務(wù)：在實施項目中可能會遇到的風(fēng)險以及如何解決);the aspect which I have quoted may be not perfect and have many deficiencies

　　最好準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)文字并熟記(答辯時要脫稿陳述，但是可以看PPT文件)。

　　語言最好簡單清楚。

　　不要直接用論文中內(nèi)容，應(yīng)該用解釋性的句式，如：When I was designing the lessons, I found that….

　　回答老師問題(老師用英語提問，學(xué)生用英語回答)：

　　1、大約有4-6個問題，時間將持續(xù)10-15分鐘。

　　2、首先要聽清楚問題，如果沒有聽清，可以要求老師重復(fù)問題(可以說pardon之類的話)。

　　3、回答時首先要態(tài)度好，要切題，而且不要保持沉默，不會時可以表示抱歉。

　　常見問題：

　　(1)Will you please give us a self-introduction? 有些學(xué)生可能由于緊張沒聽清問題便開始背誦論文的內(nèi)容，結(jié)果造成答非所問。

　　(2)Give us a presentation of your thesis. 有些學(xué)生一聽到thesis便詳細(xì)而又不理解地背誦其論文內(nèi)容, 在被打斷之后便不知該說什么。其實, 考官只是想知道你對論文的總體了解, 讓你簡單闡明自己論文的內(nèi)容與觀點。

　　(3)Why do you choose such a theme?  What do you want the reader get from your thesis? 對于這個問題，你可以談?wù)勀愕南埠�，你想要讀者從中得到什么。

　　(4)What is the uniqueness of your point of view? 對于這個問題，你可以談?wù)勀愕挠^點與他人不同之處及原因。這就要求你有相關(guān)知識。

　　之后便是針對你的論文的問題了。

　　(5)關(guān)于選題：如Why did you choose this topic for your paper?或Why were you interested in this project?

　　(6)關(guān)于具體部分：

　　商務(wù)方向：SWOT，COSTING，F(xiàn)LOWCHART，RISK，STAKEHOLDER，如Do you think is this a necessary activity for the project?
