職場英語：“工資指導(dǎo)價”英語怎么說

7 月 20 日，深圳市勞動保障局向社會公布了 2009 年度人力資源市場工資指導(dǎo)價位，受金融危機影響，與上年度相比，今年度深圳市工資指導(dǎo)價位呈下降態(tài)勢，價位平均數(shù)為 2750 元/月，比上年度下降了 3.8%，為 11 年來首次下降。同時，職工收入差距繼續(xù)縮小，金融業(yè)總體收入水平仍居各行業(yè)之首。

為緩解金融危機給當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)帶來的影響，深圳市政府下調(diào)了本年度工資指導(dǎo)價，這是 1999 年以來首次下調(diào)。

上面的報道中，income benchmark 就是“工資指導(dǎo)價”，也叫“工資基準(zhǔn)”。benchmark 在這里指 a standard by which something can be measured or judged，即“基準(zhǔn)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”之意。例如：His painting sets the benchmark of quality.（他的`畫成為衡量繪畫品質(zhì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。）

政府制定 income benchmark 是為了用人單位和求職者在商討薪資待遇時有個基本的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，一般都包括 high-level、medium-level 和 low-level income benchmark。在投資領(lǐng)域，我們有時候也會看到 income 這個短語，不過就跟工資無關(guān)了，指的是“收益”，比如 fixed income benchmark（固定收益基準(zhǔn)），fixed income securities（固定收益證券），net income（凈收益）等。
