The purpose of this meeting is to decide on the company
Well, here's the agenda"( 好的,下面是我們的安排),或是"Maybe we should get started."(我們應(yīng)該開始了)這會(huì)使你馬上失去別人的注意力。
我建議)" 或是"In my opinion...(" 我認(rèn)為)開始。 In my opinion, we should consider different vendors"(我認(rèn)為,我們應(yīng)該考慮不同的供應(yīng)商) 比"Maybe we could think about different vendors"(也許我們需要考慮不同的供應(yīng)商)語氣更強(qiáng)。
如果你想讓語氣聽起來比上面的句子更重的話,那就用“I'm positive that…”(我很確定)或是“I really feel that…”(我真的認(rèn)為)來開始:“I'm positive that it's the vendor's fault”(我很確定這是供應(yīng)商的問題)向聽者表示出你對(duì)此非? 不自信的人會(huì)說“ John in Marketing said it could be the vendor's fault. I thought he had a good point.”(市場(chǎng)部的John 覺得可能是供應(yīng)商的問題,我覺得他說的有道理)
Let's move on to the next point."(讓我們開始下面一點(diǎn)的討論)以保證了你始終擁有討論的控制權(quán)。
I'm afraid I can't agree with this plan"(很抱歉,我不同意這個(gè)計(jì)劃) 是禮貌但又清楚的表達(dá)否定的開場(chǎng)白,要比 "Well, I'm not sure; It doesn't seem like it will work."( 好吧,我不確定,感覺這個(gè)不太有用)要好得多
That's a good idea.
I agree with you.
on the condition that···
We accept your proposal,
on the condition that you order 20,000 units.
We're not prepared to accept your proposal at this time.
No, I'm afraid you misunderstood me. What I was trying to say was.....

Be Courteous
Even the smallest courtesies kindle a fire that ignites chemistry and builds kinship. The courtesy of saying "hello" when you come into the office after being away. The courtesy of letting people know when you're going to be away for an extended period. The courtesy of honoring policies about reserving
rooms, spaces, and equipment for activities. The courtesy of a simple "please", "thank you", and "you're welcome" for small favors.
Share a Sense of Humor 展現(xiàn)你的幽默感
Self-deprecating humor can open hearts and minds to make people receptive to ideas in ways words alone cannot.
Show Humility 謙卑
They let others "showcase" by delivering key messages instead of always having to be"on stage" themselves.
hey let others feel important by "interpreting," "passing on," and "applying" their goals and initiatives.
They get input from others -- and consider that input worthy of a response.
