　　感謝信是為了答謝對(duì)方的邀請(qǐng)、問候、關(guān)心、幫助和支持而寫的公關(guān)禮儀書信。感謝信的寫作主要分以下三個(gè)部分。首先開頭要明確的對(duì)對(duì)方提供的幫助或贈(zèng)送的禮品表示謝意。主體部分則需列舉對(duì)方提供的幫助，說明該幫助所起的作用，或表達(dá)對(duì)所受禮品的`喜愛以及以后如何使用及收藏等。結(jié)尾部分需再次表達(dá)誠(chéng)摯的謝意并問候?qū)Ψ健?/span>

　　寫作三步曲

　　表達(dá)感謝之情及原因提及曾受過什么幫助或者說明喜愛禮品的原因再次表達(dá)誠(chéng)摯的謝意。

　　注意：

　　表達(dá)感謝時(shí)要情真意切，不能過于夸張;結(jié)尾處最好表達(dá)希望回報(bào)對(duì)方的愿望，更顯真誠(chéng)。
