1、頁數(shù)：一兩頁即可，人事部門更喜歡簡練的“onepage簡歷”（一頁紙簡歷），有的學(xué)生的簡歷有五六頁，甚至做成寫真集，人事部門花大量的時(shí)間才能找到需要信息，效果反而不好。一般而言，一張內(nèi)容簡練適當(dāng)?shù)膫�(gè)人履歷（有時(shí)還要一份英文版），一封求職目標(biāo)意向明確的求職信是比較基本的配置。
