面試禮儀1.把握進(jìn)屋時(shí)機(jī)
如果沒有人通知,即使前面一個(gè)人已經(jīng)面試結(jié)束,也應(yīng)該在門外耐心等待,不要擅自走進(jìn)面試房間。自己的名字被喊到,就有力地答一聲“是”,然后再 敲門進(jìn)入,敲兩三下是較為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的。敲門時(shí)千萬不可敲得太用勁,以里面聽得見的力度。聽到里面說:“請(qǐng)進(jìn)”后,要回答:“打擾了”再進(jìn)入房間。開門關(guān)門盡量要輕,進(jìn)門后不要用后手隨手將門關(guān)上,應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)過身去正對(duì)著門,用手輕輕將門合上;剡^身來將上半身前傾30度左右,向面試官鞠躬行禮,面帶微笑稱呼一聲“你 好”,彬彬有禮而大方得體,不要過分殷勤、拘謹(jǐn)或過分謙讓。
面試禮儀2.專業(yè)化的握手
面試時(shí),握手是最重要的一種身體語言。專業(yè)化的握手能創(chuàng)造出平等、彼此信任的和諧氛圍。你的自信也會(huì)使人感到你能夠勝任而且愿意做任何工作。這是創(chuàng)造好的第一印象的`最佳途徑。怎樣握手?握多長時(shí)間?這些都非常關(guān)鍵。因?yàn)檫@是你與面試官的初次見面,這種手與手的禮貌接觸是建立第一印象的重要開始,不少企業(yè)把握手作為考察一個(gè)應(yīng)聘者是否專業(yè)、自信的依據(jù)。所以,在面試官的手朝你伸過來之后就握住它,要保證你的整個(gè)手臂呈L型(90度),有力地?fù)u兩下,然后把手自然地放下。握手應(yīng)該堅(jiān)實(shí)有力,有“感染力”。雙眼要直視對(duì)方,自信地說出你的名字,即使你是位女士,也要表示出堅(jiān)定的態(tài)度,但不要太使勁,更不要使勁搖晃;不要用兩只手,用這種方式握手在西方公司看來不夠?qū)I(yè)。而且手應(yīng)當(dāng)是干燥、溫暖的。如果他/她伸出手,卻握到一只軟弱無力、濕乎乎的手, 這肯定不是好的開端。如果你剛剛趕到面試現(xiàn)場(chǎng),用涼水沖沖手,使自己保持冷靜。如果手心發(fā)涼,就用熱水捂一下。
握手時(shí)長時(shí)間地拖住面試官的手,偶爾用力或快速捏一下手掌。這些動(dòng)作說明你過于緊張,而面試時(shí)太緊張表示你無法勝任這項(xiàng)工作;輕觸式握手顯處你很害怕而且缺乏信心,你在面試官面前應(yīng)表現(xiàn)出你是個(gè)能干的、善于與人相處的職業(yè)者;遠(yuǎn)距離在對(duì)方還沒伸手之前,就伸長手臂去夠面試官的手,表示你太緊張和害怕,面試者會(huì)認(rèn)為你不喜歡或者不信任他們。
