  在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的就業(yè)市場(chǎng)中,一家好的用人單位門前常常會(huì)排著一個(gè)長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的求職隊(duì)伍。等到終于可以和用人單位面對(duì)面的時(shí)候,一些畢業(yè)生往往倉(cāng)促應(yīng)戰(zhàn),不知道該如何同用人單位進(jìn)行融洽的交流,也不擅于在和用人單位的交流中提出自己的要求。即便是用人單位給求職者一個(gè)提要求的機(jī)會(huì),畢業(yè)生也往往因?yàn)闇?zhǔn)備不足而不知所措。不少畢業(yè)生還常為一些不恰當(dāng)?shù)奶釂?wèn)或要求而被用人單位“亮紅燈”。那么,畢業(yè)生該如何了解用人單位的招聘心理,并巧妙地從用人單位那里得到自己所關(guān)心問(wèn)題的答案呢?

  首先,我們需要從側(cè)面對(duì)計(jì)劃去應(yīng)聘的單位做一些必要的了解。比如:這家單位的規(guī)模、效益、薪資水平以及為員工培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展所提供的空間等。這些信息一般都能從用人單位的招聘啟事和它的宣傳材料中得到答案。接下來(lái),我們還需要分析一下用人單位的一些基本要求。

  其實(shí),用人單位最關(guān)心的無(wú)非是這么幾個(gè)最基本的問(wèn)題:一是你能否滿足用人單位對(duì)所需人才專業(yè)水平的要求?這一點(diǎn)也是我們根據(jù)自身情況,看自己是否適合這家單位的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因?yàn)闊o(wú)論什么樣的畢業(yè)生都不可能適合所有的用人單位,所以,畢業(yè)生應(yīng)該事先確定自己的擇業(yè)范圍,使自己的專業(yè)或特長(zhǎng)能與之相適應(yīng)。這樣才能在和用人單位的接觸中,做到揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短。

  二是你是否有為用人單位持續(xù)創(chuàng)造效益的能力和熱情?這是用人單位非常關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。他們不愿意看到單位辛辛苦苦選進(jìn)的人才,工作不了多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間就把主要精力放到諸如跳槽、歇產(chǎn)假等別的方面去。部分用人單位不愿招聘女生也常常是因?yàn)榇嬖谶@方面的顧慮。對(duì)此,畢業(yè)生只要有針對(duì)性地向用人單位展現(xiàn)自己的奉獻(xiàn)精神和工作才能,打消用人單位的顧慮,也還是可以順利通過(guò)的。

  另外,招聘人員的心理喜好也是決定是否錄用應(yīng)聘者的一個(gè)重要因素。一般用人單位不愿意接受或回答諸如:參加工作時(shí)的`薪資水平、住房福利等問(wèn)題。而且這類問(wèn)題也常常沒(méi)有太多的實(shí)際意義,因?yàn)榧词褂萌藛挝粸榘涯阏衅高M(jìn)來(lái)而給出一個(gè)美麗的許諾,那也難免是一座海市蜃樓。更何況,通過(guò)其他渠道得到這類信息的往往更客觀,不必因?yàn)檫@樣的問(wèn)題,把和用人單位的第一次親密接觸搞得太尷尬。

  對(duì)用人單位有了基本的了解和分析之后,我們?cè)诤陀萌藛挝坏慕佑|中就更容易取得主動(dòng)了。通常情況下,用人單位會(huì)給畢業(yè)生一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),讓畢業(yè)生把自己最關(guān)心的問(wèn)題或最希望對(duì)用人單位說(shuō)的話提出來(lái)。這時(shí),畢業(yè)生千萬(wàn)不要以為在這里提出的要求就一定能得到圓滿的解決。因?yàn)橛萌藛挝辉O(shè)計(jì)這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的真正目的,一是為了了解畢業(yè)生對(duì)自身和企業(yè)發(fā)展的理解,二是想通過(guò)有意制造的一些棘手問(wèn)題,來(lái)考察求職者的應(yīng)變能力。因此,我們不妨“將計(jì)就計(jì)”,用下面的“兩個(gè)發(fā)展”來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì):

  1.關(guān)注用人單位的“發(fā)展”。一般企業(yè)都比較愿意談起自己產(chǎn)品的種類和性能、產(chǎn)品的銷售和更新,以及今后單位的拓展空間等等。我們可以順著這個(gè)思路,引導(dǎo)企業(yè)的招聘人員把他們最想表達(dá)的信息介紹出來(lái),在輕松和諧的交流中,把我們自己關(guān)心的一些敏感問(wèn)題穿插在其中。這樣,利用我們的交流技巧,既展現(xiàn)了自己的應(yīng)變能力,也能從企業(yè)的介紹中找到一些不好單獨(dú)提出的問(wèn)題的答案。

  2.關(guān)注個(gè)人在單位的“發(fā)展”。畢業(yè)生可以談一些自己在應(yīng)聘單位的發(fā)展理想,有意識(shí)地把自己的發(fā)展理想和企業(yè)的發(fā)展聯(lián)系起來(lái),并對(duì)企業(yè)給予實(shí)現(xiàn)自己這種理想的可能性表示關(guān)心。用人單位基于自身的發(fā)展,常會(huì)把應(yīng)聘人員的理想高低和他在企業(yè)的努力程度成正比例考慮,也就是應(yīng)聘人員在企業(yè)中的職業(yè)理想越高,對(duì)企業(yè)做出的貢獻(xiàn)也越大。因此,用人單位一般都樂(lè)于對(duì)此類問(wèn)題給予比較充分的回答。這種交流無(wú)疑會(huì)給我們的面試增加幾分。
