1.封閉型提問(wèn)
例:你愿意做工程師還是市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)人員?
分析:?jiǎn)栴}答案具有確定性和唯一性,應(yīng)試者只能做既定性的回答,不應(yīng)加以隨意發(fā)揮。
出招:這種問(wèn)題回答力求簡(jiǎn)潔,明白,一般不需作過(guò)多的補(bǔ)充和修飾。
2.開(kāi)放型提問(wèn)
例:你的性格特點(diǎn)是什么?善于與人相處嗎?
分析:提問(wèn)具有發(fā)射性和靈活性,應(yīng)試者可以根據(jù)自己的實(shí)際情況作出較為自由的選擇和回答。
出招:小心!這類問(wèn)題很關(guān)鍵;卮鸬煤脡,直接關(guān)系到錄用與否。而且這些是你事先可以準(zhǔn)備的。同時(shí),這類問(wèn)題,回答得好,就是絕好的表現(xiàn)自己,推銷自己的機(jī)會(huì),可以令面試官目相看,頓生愛(ài)才之心。
3.假設(shè)型提問(wèn)
例:如果讓你來(lái)當(dāng)我們公司的'總經(jīng)理,首先你會(huì)做幾件事?
分析:這都是假設(shè)性的情況,目的是考察應(yīng)試者的想象能力,原創(chuàng)能力。解決或處理突發(fā)情況的能力。
出招:面對(duì)這種問(wèn)題,切忌長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的沉默,但也不要不經(jīng)考慮急于回答。需要對(duì)問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,提出切實(shí)可行的解決方法。不過(guò)也不要做長(zhǎng)篇大論。
4.控制型提問(wèn)
例:你以為我們的改革怎么樣?
分析:面試官對(duì)提問(wèn)問(wèn)題答案有一定的傾向性,希望能得到符合他的心意的回答。
出招:聰明的你,可以順?biāo)浦,給面試官一個(gè)較為滿意的回答,但若你對(duì)這家公司的改革確實(shí)有意見(jiàn),而且有特殊的理由,倒也可以談出自己的看法,令面試官覺(jué)得耳目一新,出奇制勝。否則,還是夸夸他他吧。很多的時(shí)候,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者是需要贊賞的!
5.否定型提問(wèn)
例:我們要求的都是大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷的,你只是?,恐怕不合適吧?
分析:這其實(shí)是面試官故意為之,目的是通過(guò)指出應(yīng)試者的薄弱之處,使其陷入一種困境,考察在這種極端情況下,應(yīng)試者的心理承受能力。
出招:切記大吵大鬧,甚至拂袖而去,這樣只能反映出自己沒(méi)有修養(yǎng)。只要你相信自己行,你就行。表達(dá)出這種自信,努力扭轉(zhuǎn)頹勢(shì)。
6.連珠型提問(wèn)
例:你喜歡讀書(shū)嗎?業(yè)余時(shí)間都讀什么書(shū)?經(jīng)濟(jì)類的書(shū)讀得多嗎?哪一種管理理論你較為欣賞?
分析:面試官力圖通過(guò)這一系列的問(wèn)題,深入了解應(yīng)試者某一方面的情況。
出招:你一定要按順序回答問(wèn)題,也不一定每一個(gè)問(wèn)題都回答,在表述中留心表現(xiàn)出自己的個(gè)性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
