面試中出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題怎么去補(bǔ)救
首先，對(duì)面試出錯(cuò)這一問(wèn)題要有正確的認(rèn)識(shí)。
面試中的難題大多是沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案的，主要是考查你的能力。你只要鮮明地亮出自己的正向的觀點(diǎn)，盡可以按照自己的思考做出回答，表現(xiàn)出自己的綜合素質(zhì)和不俗的能力。偶爾出點(diǎn)差錯(cuò)，考官也不會(huì)對(duì)你全盤否定，所以不必緊張。
其次，要迅速判斷能不能進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)。答錯(cuò)了，總是想著找機(jī)會(huì)彌補(bǔ)，總想解釋剛才為什么沒答好，以證明自己水平不差，但由于下面的問(wèn)題一個(gè)接一個(gè)，考生一方面要回答新問(wèn)題，另一方面想著前面問(wèn)題的回答缺憾，結(jié)果鬧得新問(wèn)題也沒答好。所以，當(dāng)自己判斷不能進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)的話，就不必耿耿于懷，而要馬上忘記，繼續(xù)沉著地回答下面的問(wèn)題。
第三，如果覺得自己有把握對(duì)出錯(cuò)進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)，也要講究方式方法。 具體說(shuō)來(lái)，面試出錯(cuò)補(bǔ)救有以下幾種技巧：
一、以正改錯(cuò)。
意識(shí)到錯(cuò)了，就要誠(chéng)實(shí)地加以糾正，不要為了面子而置之不理。最好的辦法就是按正確的講法再講一遍。諸如語(yǔ)句不通，詞不達(dá)意，口誤等等，只要很自然地加以糾正，就會(huì)得到考官的'理解。
二、化錯(cuò)為正。
察覺自己說(shuō)錯(cuò)了，如果考生能夠針對(duì)自己的失誤，進(jìn)行一番合乎情理的闡釋，只要能夠自圓其說(shuō)，也不失不一種補(bǔ)救的辦法。如對(duì)大學(xué)生賣豬肉當(dāng)保姆等現(xiàn)象的認(rèn)識(shí)，在回答時(shí)，本來(lái)想好要重點(diǎn)談大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念的改變，就業(yè)環(huán)境的變化，就業(yè)壓力的增大等方面的問(wèn)題，但回答時(shí)一開口就說(shuō)是人才的浪費(fèi)，自己覺得說(shuō)錯(cuò)了，考生也不必緊張，就把人才浪費(fèi)做為重點(diǎn)闡述，其它觀點(diǎn)做為一般論述，自圓其說(shuō)，效果也不差。
三、續(xù)錯(cuò)成正。
在答問(wèn)時(shí)，如果說(shuō)錯(cuò)了話，有時(shí)可以采用調(diào)整語(yǔ)意，改換語(yǔ)氣等方式予以補(bǔ)救。只要反應(yīng)敏捷，應(yīng)變及時(shí)，就可以收到不露痕跡的糾錯(cuò)效果。如列舉了一系列腐敗現(xiàn)象后，考生想好要說(shuō)的是“我們決不允許這種現(xiàn)象存在下去”，結(jié)果說(shuō)成“我們?cè)试S這種現(xiàn)象存在”。此時(shí)如果直接承認(rèn)自己說(shuō)錯(cuò)了，把正確的再說(shuō)一遍，效果并不好。這種情況下，續(xù)錯(cuò)成正是最好的選擇，考生可以接著“我們?cè)试S這種現(xiàn)象存在”說(shuō)下去，“就是對(duì)人民的犯罪”。這樣續(xù)接補(bǔ)救，可謂順理成章，天衣無(wú)縫。
在緊張的面試過(guò)程中，要進(jìn)行糾錯(cuò)不是一件容易的事，這就要求考生盡量不出錯(cuò)。而要不出錯(cuò)或少出錯(cuò)，就要做好應(yīng)試準(zhǔn)備。平時(shí)的積累不可少，考前參加強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練也很有必要。在專家的指導(dǎo)下全面提高自己，在面試時(shí)就能少出錯(cuò)，即使出錯(cuò)了，也能及時(shí)糾錯(cuò)，從容應(yīng)對(duì)。
