  記者在采訪中發(fā)現(xiàn),HR經(jīng)理最頭疼的就是處理大量的無(wú)用簡(jiǎn)歷,說(shuō)其無(wú)用是因?yàn)槠浣?jīng)歷和專(zhuān)業(yè)與所報(bào)職位極其不符,完全是在撒大網(wǎng)撞運(yùn)氣。楊小姐說(shuō):“我們篩選簡(jiǎn)歷的原則是與招聘職位要求基本相符。公司對(duì)所需人才的要求反映在了對(duì)招聘職位的描述中,其實(shí)這些描述可以反映一個(gè)公司企業(yè)文化內(nèi)涵的某個(gè)方面。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)注意這些內(nèi)容,自身?xiàng)l件與公司對(duì)招聘職位的要求差得太遠(yuǎn),就沒(méi)有必要投簡(jiǎn)歷了,即使投遞了簡(jiǎn)歷也是浪費(fèi)雙方的時(shí)間和精力。”她總結(jié),得到面試機(jī)會(huì)的簡(jiǎn)歷的共同點(diǎn)應(yīng)該是:首先自身?xiàng)l件與招聘職位要求基本相符;其次是既有理論知識(shí)又有實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),即有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的會(huì)優(yōu)先考慮。

  現(xiàn)在亂投簡(jiǎn)歷這一現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)逐漸好轉(zhuǎn),他認(rèn)為,找自己符合的崗位要特別注意硬件條件,學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn)都要符合公司要求,而對(duì)一些細(xì)節(jié),如在大公司內(nèi)擔(dān)任管理職務(wù)等要求比較細(xì)的條件也不能忽視,以免做無(wú)用功。

  不同人群側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同

  HR關(guān)注簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)候,也會(huì)因?yàn)檎衅嘎毼徊煌P(guān)注的側(cè)重點(diǎn)也不同,如果你恰好屬于其中一種人群,就要著重注意簡(jiǎn)歷中的相關(guān)部分了。楊小姐介紹,因?yàn)椴煌?職位對(duì)人員的素質(zhì)要求是不一樣的。她說(shuō):“比如對(duì)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)方面的管理人員,我對(duì)其知識(shí)背景、管理背景、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)等都會(huì)關(guān)注,而對(duì)于一個(gè)普通的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員我可能更多關(guān)注的是他的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),其次是他的知識(shí)背景。有些特殊職位還會(huì)特別關(guān)注應(yīng)聘者的性格特點(diǎn)等。”

  對(duì)大學(xué)生和有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人關(guān)注點(diǎn)也不同,大學(xué)生的成績(jī)雖然不是重點(diǎn),但也是HR考查學(xué)生是否有學(xué)習(xí)能力,對(duì)工作和學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度是否認(rèn)真的重要依據(jù)。學(xué)歷也是考查大學(xué)生的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵,而對(duì)于實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)只要有就可以,不用多也不能雜,要做到適度。對(duì)于有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人來(lái)說(shuō),曾經(jīng)工作的公司和從事的職務(wù),包括工作業(yè)績(jī)都是考查重點(diǎn)。

  細(xì)節(jié)反映態(tài)度,態(tài)度決定一切,一些不被注意的細(xì)節(jié)往往會(huì)直接斷送求職者的前程。趙復(fù)成說(shuō),有些簡(jiǎn)歷連性別和聯(lián)系方式都沒(méi)有,這雖然是一些小的細(xì)節(jié),但反映了求職者的認(rèn)真程度和做事情的專(zhuān)心程度。而一些錯(cuò)字和病句,雖然不是很重要,但起碼在說(shuō)明求職者不夠重視的同時(shí),也反映其文字能力不是很強(qiáng)。楊小姐表示有的應(yīng)聘人員的簡(jiǎn)歷對(duì)自己工作經(jīng)歷的時(shí)間編排無(wú)次序,反映了應(yīng)聘者在日常工作中的條理性較差和工作不夠細(xì)致。有的簡(jiǎn)歷中時(shí)間上出現(xiàn)重復(fù)或交叉,這會(huì)讓人對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷的真實(shí)性持懷疑態(tài)度,這些都有可能直接導(dǎo)致簡(jiǎn)歷無(wú)法通過(guò)“海選”。

  另外,簡(jiǎn)單明了的簡(jiǎn)歷一般來(lái)說(shuō)容易通過(guò),能讓讀到它的人感覺(jué)清楚明了,不復(fù)雜不麻煩。趙復(fù)成認(rèn)為一頁(yè)紙的簡(jiǎn)歷是HR最希望看到的,而最多再加上“英文版”達(dá)到兩頁(yè)紙。
