  (1)對(duì)應(yīng)屆生來(lái)說(shuō),簡(jiǎn)歷最好不要超過(guò)一頁(yè),絕對(duì)不要超過(guò)3頁(yè)

  一頁(yè)紙剛剛好,看著很舒服

  兩頁(yè)稍嫌多了

  三頁(yè)紙,我基本上也就不看了

  應(yīng)屆生而已,又不是牛叉的專業(yè)人才,有那么多經(jīng)歷要寫(xiě)么?

  我看過(guò)最長(zhǎng)的簡(jiǎn)歷也就才4-5頁(yè)紙,那個(gè)人工作了20年,換了5份工作了

  (2)除非招聘啟事里面提出對(duì)相貌有要求,否則最好不要放照片,除非你對(duì)自己的精氣神有自信

  這里的精氣神不是指相貌,而是說(shuō)照片給人的感覺(jué),事實(shí)上有些帥哥美女拍出來(lái)的照片就是很嚇人,也就是不上鏡,這個(gè)時(shí)候最好不要放照片

  當(dāng)然廣告公關(guān)市場(chǎng)類的職業(yè)對(duì)相貌有一定要求,這個(gè)就沒(méi)辦法了

  良好的職業(yè)裝束照片會(huì)給簡(jiǎn)歷加分,即便簡(jiǎn)歷顯示的可能說(shuō)你的資歷平平,某些recruiter可能也愿意起碼約你聊聊,聽(tīng)聽(tīng)想法(百分之80的recruiter都看重相人之術(shù),這里不是要求帥哥美女,而是指看得舒服),但是,想法,一張不上相的.照片絕對(duì)是減分的,對(duì)于絕大部分人來(lái)說(shuō),最好還是不上照片的好。

  起碼我個(gè)人比較討厭,一般做recruiting的人都不喜歡,而且表格因?yàn)榱粝碌目臻g有限,所以也很難反映出求職者的基本情況。
