獨樹一幟:發(fā)送二維碼、視頻等簡歷

為了讓簡歷出彩,大家真是使出渾身解數(shù),把簡歷也玩出各種花樣。據(jù)調查,現(xiàn)在很多求職者會把簡歷制作成二維碼或者視頻發(fā)送過來,無非就是想在眾多求職者的簡歷中脫穎而出,給HR眼前一亮的感覺。但是雖然博得眼球,但是簡歷內容卻經(jīng)不起推敲,最后只能被淘汰。
如果不是應聘特別重要的崗位,簡歷盡量不要做的太搶眼,內容才是HR關注的重點。做簡歷,最重要的是整潔、美觀,不需要太多是修飾,突出最關鍵的內容。也可以在簡歷中增加一點自己的小創(chuàng)意,讓對方明白你對這項工作的重視也是可以的,但切勿過度,喧賓奪主。
太過另類的標題黨

求職者為了博得眼球提升關注度,運用一些網(wǎng)絡用語來豐富自己簡歷的標題,真可謂無所不用其極:您有新的消息請及時查收、走過路過不要錯過……諸如此類的`標題,不僅不會讓HR歡喜,甚至會引起對方的反感,奇葩另類的標題只會起到反作用。那么怎么樣的簡歷才能入HR的“法眼”呢?
正常的簡歷應該是“姓名+崗位名稱”、“姓名+崗位名稱+崗位性質”、“姓名+專業(yè)+學校+最高學歷”,如果你是有絕對競爭優(yōu)勢的職場人,為了突出優(yōu)勢,可以在標題中添加“10年資深客戶經(jīng)理”等,用這種硬實力來展現(xiàn)自己的優(yōu)勢,遠比耍風頭、搞另類的簡歷題目更有說服力。
過度修飾自己的工作經(jīng)驗

修飾自己的工作經(jīng)驗,是為了突出自己已經(jīng)掌握的職業(yè)技能所帶來的優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)驗。但是有些求職者在修飾中過度夸大自己,甚至弄虛造假、無中生有。
