職業(yè)規(guī)劃專家在對(duì)千余例咨詢案例的分析研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),在面試中,當(dāng)HR遇到以下五類人時(shí),他們多數(shù)是不予考慮的。
(一)隱瞞真實(shí)個(gè)人資料的不誠(chéng)實(shí)者
簡(jiǎn)歷是求職的第一步,只有面試官對(duì)你的簡(jiǎn)歷有興趣才會(huì)通知你面試。在簡(jiǎn)歷中適當(dāng)?shù)赝怀鰝(gè)人特點(diǎn),體現(xiàn)出自己適合這項(xiàng)工作,吸引HR眼球是明智的。然而,簡(jiǎn)歷千萬不能有隱瞞個(gè)人真實(shí)情況或欺騙面試官的做法,否則會(huì)給面試官留下不誠(chéng)實(shí)的印象,而這一印象也就決定了無論你能力再?gòu)?qiáng),也不可能被考慮。因?yàn)椋瑢?duì)于公司來說,品格對(duì)于一個(gè)員工來說是更為重要的。
(二)頻繁跳槽穩(wěn)定性不高者
職業(yè)規(guī)劃師們經(jīng)常碰到這樣的案例:每份工作的時(shí)間都長(zhǎng)不過兩年,甚至每隔幾個(gè)月就要換東家,頻繁跳槽到最后發(fā)現(xiàn)越跳越糟。
職場(chǎng)上有類人,特別是一些剛畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生,對(duì)于跳槽總是不以為然。這樣的人在面試中很有可能不被錄取,無論怎樣的`公司招聘,總希望員工能為公司效力長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)時(shí)間,遇到你這樣頻繁跳槽的人,面試官也不敢錄取你,哪怕你工作能力再?gòu)?qiáng)。很多工作很多崗位都需要員工能長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)守,如果像你這樣頻繁地跳槽的主,公司說不定或陣子又要重新招聘新人了。
當(dāng)然每個(gè)人跳槽都有不同的原因,不能一概而論跳槽不好。但在跳槽前一定要深思熟慮,不要在你的簡(jiǎn)歷上留下不光彩的工作歷史。
(三)不注重個(gè)人職業(yè)形象者
當(dāng)你在投遞簡(jiǎn)歷后接到面試通知后,你一般會(huì)怎樣做?選擇一套合身的衣服,準(zhǔn)備好需要呈給面試官的資料等,然后計(jì)算好去公司面試的時(shí)間在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)達(dá)到面試公司。
而總有些求職者馬馬虎虎急急忙忙地就趕到面試的公司,遲到不算,衣著打扮也不合時(shí)
宜,給面試官的第一印象是連自己的形象都不注重,這樣的人怎么放心把工作交付給他?不注重個(gè)人職業(yè)形象者,通常很難讓HR有興趣進(jìn)一步了解他,也很難讓人信任。所以面試中適當(dāng)?shù)匕b下自己,千萬要注意自己的職業(yè)形象。
