真實(shí)性原則:不要試圖編造工作經(jīng)歷或者業(yè)績(jī),謊言不會(huì)讓你走得太遠(yuǎn)。大多數(shù)的謊言在 面試 過程中就會(huì)被識(shí)破,更何況許多大公司(尤其是外企)在提供OFFER前會(huì)根據(jù)簡(jiǎn)歷和相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行背景調(diào)查。但真實(shí)性并非就是要把我們的缺點(diǎn)和不足和盤托出,可以選擇突出哪些內(nèi)容或忽視哪些內(nèi)容,要知道優(yōu)化≠摻假。
針對(duì)性原則:假如A公司要求你具備相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和良好的銷售業(yè)績(jī),你在簡(jiǎn)歷中清楚地陳述了有關(guān)的經(jīng)歷和事實(shí)并且把它們放在突出的位置,這就是針對(duì)性。不僅僅是簡(jiǎn)歷,在寫 求職信 、跟進(jìn)信以及感謝信的時(shí)候,針對(duì)性都是十分重要的原則。
價(jià)值性原則:使用語(yǔ)言力求平實(shí)、客觀、精煉,篇幅視工作所限為1-2頁(yè),工作年限5年以下,通常以1頁(yè)為宜;工作年限在5年以上,通常為2頁(yè)。注意提供能夠證明工作業(yè)績(jī)的量化數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)提供能夠提高職業(yè)含金量的成功經(jīng)歷。獨(dú)有經(jīng)歷一定要保留,如著名公司從業(yè)、參與著名 培訓(xùn) 會(huì)議論壇、與著名人物接觸的經(jīng)歷,將最閃光的拎出即可。
條理性原則:要將公司可能雇用你的理由,用自己過去的經(jīng)歷有條理地表達(dá)出來。個(gè)人基本資料、工作經(jīng)歷包括職責(zé)和業(yè)績(jī)、教育與 培訓(xùn) 這三大塊為重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,其次重要的是職業(yè)目標(biāo)、核心技能、背景概論、語(yǔ)言與計(jì)算機(jī)能力、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和榮譽(yù)。
客觀性原則:簡(jiǎn)歷上應(yīng)提供客觀的證明或者佐證資歷、能力的事實(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)。如“2008年因銷售業(yè)績(jī)排名第一獲得公司嘉獎(jiǎng)”和“在某參展活動(dòng)中表現(xiàn)出良好的組織能力獲得贊揚(yáng)”,后者的客觀性明顯比前者弱。另外,簡(jiǎn)歷要避免使用第一人稱“我”。
