二、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)與申請(qǐng)職位不符合

三、簡(jiǎn)歷形象不好
簡(jiǎn)歷的形象實(shí)際上就是求職者的形象,比如說簡(jiǎn)歷的格式、模板、字體等等,還有就是簡(jiǎn)歷中出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤內(nèi)容以及錯(cuò)別字。簡(jiǎn)歷形象不好,有錯(cuò)字、時(shí)序混論、邏輯不通,即便條件再好也難以通過。
四、簡(jiǎn)歷投遞的時(shí)機(jī)
簡(jiǎn)歷能不能被錄取不單單是靠簡(jiǎn)歷上的內(nèi)容,與其投遞的時(shí)機(jī)也有著重要關(guān)系,比如說當(dāng)用人單位非常缺人的時(shí)候,基本符合要求的求職者就能被錄取。那么后來的簡(jiǎn)歷即便寫的再好、條件再優(yōu)越,也不能被錄用。
