一、簡歷不注明應(yīng)聘崗位名稱
對于每天接收成百上千封簡歷的招聘人員,如果你的簡歷不注明應(yīng)聘的崗位名稱,可能一下就被淘汰了,誰讓你不明確應(yīng)聘目標(biāo),與人提供方便呢。
二、簡歷與招聘崗位要求明顯不符
有的簡歷呈現(xiàn)出來的工作經(jīng)驗與應(yīng)聘崗位差異太大,也是瞬間被淘汰的對象。如企業(yè)招聘軟件開發(fā)人員,簡歷里卻呈現(xiàn)出做銷售或客戶開發(fā)的工作經(jīng)歷。我曾經(jīng)收到過同時應(yīng)聘三個崗位的簡歷,基本得出這樣的結(jié)論:什么都能干的人,可能什么都干不好。因為這樣的簡歷沒有突出任何方面的'技能或?qū)iL,自己對自身的發(fā)展不清楚,如無頭的蒼蠅亂撞,這樣的人企業(yè)不會感興趣的。當(dāng)然,對于剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生,求職心切,需要企業(yè)幫他們來定位,希望多獲得一份機會,可以另當(dāng)別論,但對于有工作經(jīng)驗的人,出現(xiàn)這種情況是不應(yīng)該的。
三、簡歷內(nèi)容簡單,凸現(xiàn)不了招聘崗位需要的內(nèi)容
有的簡歷只是程序化地列出接受教育、參加工作的時間段,對涉及到的實質(zhì)內(nèi)容則輕描淡寫,讓人無法了解其干過哪些工作,具備什么樣的知識、經(jīng)驗、技能,這樣的簡歷呈現(xiàn)出來的信息很有限,不會引起招聘人員的注意。除非,應(yīng)聘的人員實在少,招聘人員會耐著性子,打電話具體詢問一些情況或要求其詳細填寫應(yīng)聘表,但是對于急于得到工作的求職者,還是自己主動充實簡歷為好,畢竟守株待兔的好事概率太低。
四、簡歷出現(xiàn)錯誤或時間順序混亂情形
簡歷好比求職者的“臉面”,如果出現(xiàn)錯字、時間順序混亂或內(nèi)容錯誤等情況,無疑會讓人覺得連自己“臉面”都收拾不好的人,工作也好不到哪兒去。所以,簡歷填寫完畢,作為求職者要反復(fù)查閱,核對無誤。
五、簡歷呈現(xiàn)出“頻繁跳槽”的經(jīng)歷
用人單位普遍不喜歡“頻繁跳槽”者,往往因其頻繁更換工作,而將其拒之門外,除非你本人所擁有的技能市場替代性很小。當(dāng)然,求職者如隱瞞"頻繁跳槽"經(jīng)歷,造成簡歷不真實,則更是弄巧成拙。
