大學(xué),熱門專業(yè)學(xué)生數(shù)量多,冷門專業(yè)學(xué)生少;中學(xué)主要課程課時(shí)多,輔助課程課時(shí)少;因而老師的工作量不同,同樣的工資是 unfair
2、大學(xué)教師承擔(dān)研究任務(wù),不同學(xué)科教師對(duì)社會(huì)、對(duì)學(xué)校的貢獻(xiàn)不同,根據(jù)貢獻(xiàn)給予相應(yīng)報(bào)酬
科研成果也形成社會(huì)價(jià)值,價(jià)值高的自然應(yīng)該報(bào)酬多,計(jì)算機(jī)和哲學(xué)
科研成果給學(xué)校帶來(lái)榮譽(yù),榮譽(yù)高的自然報(bào)酬多;同樣的工資教師會(huì)缺乏積極性
3、還要參考教師在學(xué)生中的受歡迎程度來(lái)決定報(bào)酬,而不僅僅看專業(yè)
有的老師對(duì)教學(xué)工作認(rèn)真,上課質(zhì)量高,效果好,受學(xué)生歡迎
有的老師不認(rèn)真上課,即使專業(yè)受歡迎,也不應(yīng)該有高報(bào)酬
這樣可以督促老師提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量
