網(wǎng)申&Open Question 性格測試 在問題方面,畢馬威要求畢業(yè)生如實(shí)填寫是否有犯罪記錄、是否有在香港工作的許可、是否能在中國其他城市工作、是否參與了本公司的暑期實(shí)習(xí)的問題。KP的網(wǎng)申是四家里最為麻煩的。除了正常的資料以后,還要英文輸入科目和成績。 通過open question了解應(yīng)聘者的擇業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、價(jià)值觀、興趣愛好等,是篩選網(wǎng)申者的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。參加過畢馬威實(shí)習(xí)項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生,在申請時(shí)占有優(yōu)勢。
KPMG的Open Question: 1. Please give a brief summary of your current recreational and leisure activities including sports and hobbies 2. What clubs and societies are you a member of and in what capacity? 3. What factors have influenced your career choice? 4 . Outline your career ambition and objectives 5. Describe your greatest success or a situation where you exceeded your own expectation
筆試 畢馬威的筆試采用的是SHL的試題,分為verbal和number兩個(gè)部分,時(shí)間有限,一般做不完,主要考察英文閱讀能力、邏輯能力、數(shù)字能力和準(zhǔn)確率。 第一部分是數(shù)學(xué)推理,中文,35分鐘,35道題。均是加減乘除運(yùn)算,很簡單但時(shí)間比較緊,圖表題,數(shù)據(jù)很多,看你處理速度如何。 第二部分就是四大基本都會考的verbal test(英文閱讀),類似于判斷,一共給了12段話,18分鐘,32個(gè)選擇題,讓你根據(jù)原文進(jìn)行判斷選擇(true, false, notgi
ven)。其中前8篇每篇三題,后4篇每篇2題。 在這一關(guān)80%的人,無法進(jìn)入下一輪。面試 第一輪面試: 8人圍一圓桌,45分鐘group discussion,15分鐘看材料,30分鐘中文討論,不需要指定一個(gè)leader或做presentation,每人有兩支鉛筆,兩張白紙(其中一張用來做名牌)和一個(gè)計(jì)算器。,四個(gè)manager坐在角落,一個(gè)盯兩個(gè)。 討論結(jié)束后就是一個(gè)20分鐘的one to one interview。會問一些很basic的問題。會涉及―公司事業(yè)在中國的發(fā)展前景‖和一些專業(yè)相關(guān)的知識等的問題,但不會考非常專業(yè)的難題。然后主要考察求職是對審計(jì)稅務(wù)工作有足夠的興趣,還是光沖著―四大‖的名氣和薪酬來的。專業(yè)不對口的應(yīng)聘者一定會問why audit/tax這類問題。真正對這行感興趣、早有進(jìn)入這行業(yè)工作打算的畢業(yè)生,即使不是相關(guān)專業(yè),也會在大學(xué)四年不斷關(guān)注這行的信息和基礎(chǔ)知識,臨時(shí)抱佛腳的學(xué)生即使英語等能力再優(yōu)秀,也不會是有忠誠度的好員工。
