1.Think of people who you have managed, who have become successful?
你曾經(jīng)管理過(guò)的人里面,誰(shuí)獲得了成功?
2.What part did you play in their development?
在他們的發(fā)展里面,你充當(dāng)了什么樣的角色
3.Describe the ways in which you help your staff to improve their performance in their jobs. 請(qǐng)描述你幫助員工提高績(jī)效所用的方法。
4. How do you involve your staff in the decisions you take?
你怎樣讓你的員工參與到你做的決定中來(lái)?
5. How do you keep up-to-date with new development?
你怎樣讓自己隨時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)新的知識(shí)?
6. How do you build this into your day-to-day work?
你怎樣將這些做法貫徹到你的日常工作中?
