小學(xué)英語教師面試技巧

　　首先就是要在試講前做好充足的準(zhǔn)備，把要講的內(nèi)容的相關(guān)背景等知識(shí)了解到位，并把課的內(nèi)容和這些背景結(jié)合起來，主要是注意如何讓背景知識(shí)在吸引人的同時(shí)把人引導(dǎo)到課本的內(nèi)容上來。

　　其次就是出發(fā)前的準(zhǔn)備，一定要著裝合體，不要穿著臺(tái)前衛(wèi)，畢竟教師這個(gè)職位還是要講究矜持的。

　　在見到面試官時(shí)要表現(xiàn)的大方，不要太拘禁，也不要太囂張，給人留下穩(wěn)重的印象。

　　試講時(shí)要首先把自己的試講材料分發(fā)給各位考官。

　　講課時(shí)的.音量特別重要，而且要有板書，然后就是注意設(shè)計(jì)的跟學(xué)生互動(dòng)的環(huán)節(jié)。麻雀雖小但五臟俱全，所以板書就是你的教課大綱，是有始有終的，最后別忘了布置作業(yè)。

　　試講完成以后還會(huì)有提問基本上都是涉及到如何安排你所教的課程的，教學(xué)側(cè)重點(diǎn)應(yīng)該在哪里，如果學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了這樣或那樣的問題你該如何等等。

　　1.你教了幾年書?

　　2.有教小學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)嗎?

　　Didyou have any experiences teaching in elementary school/primary school?

　　Yes,I did. or No, I didnt.

　　3.你打算怎么樣給小朋友上課?

　　Howare you going to give lessons to little kids?

　　Ithink I am going to use all kinds of materials that are available like CDplayer, pictures, word cards, TV, magazines, games ects in my lessons. I amgoing to use different teaching meathods to help children with differentlearning styles.

　　4.能否示范一下?

　　Canyou demonstrate one lesson?

　　Sure.If I teach days of the week, I will teach children a song: Sunday, Monday...(用twinkle twinkle littlestar 的tune)

　　5.你覺得教小學(xué)生跟教中學(xué)生有什么不同?

　　Whatis the difference between teaching elementary school children and the juniorhigh school children?

　　well,when teaching little kids a teacher has to be more patient.He/she has to uselots of songs, games, body language to help student learn English.The forms ofeach lesson should be different.

　　Teachingjunior high school kids is a little bit different. I can introduce somegrammer. I can give them more written work and I can have more discussions withthe children.

　　Howare you going to keep the students interested in learning English?

　　7.如何將你的課上得有趣?

　　Howare you going to keep your lessons interesting?

　　Iwill try my best to use all the teaching methodologies I learned at school toreach each child. Stories, poems, riddles, jokes songs are all good for littlekids. I will have them practice English as a whole class, group work, pair workor independent work.Whatever works out for the children I will do it. There isnever one way to success.
