| After my graduation, I soon entered the Esquel Textile Co., Ltd. in Guangdong, and started the first job in my life. Esquel is a manufacturer of high-grade cotton with clothing, the great mass of products export to the United States, Europe and Japan and other international markets, the main customers of the company are: Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Muji, Hugo Boss, M & S, Next, Senshukai and so on. I first worked in the knitted fabric department of the company responsible for piece dyeing factory orders, such as testing and day-to-day work, just out of school, I finally found the differences between the original book knowledge and practical operation. As a result of my serious work, in January 2003, I transferred to other position to take over the warehouse storage including outsourcing, finance, inventory management, where I began to learn new knowledge, until March 2005, I transferred to the garment factory Department to follow-up OPA orders. It’s mainly responsible for the mainland and Hong Kong factories between factory planning and scheduling, production status, contact and communication to ensure timely delivery of the final garment. As a result of my hard work and high sense of responsibility, by my superiors and colleagues praise, and the beginning of 2006 to take over the bulk order scheduling. In this way, the cockamamie process of clothing and a wide range of interpersonal skills benefited me. In these years of Esquel, as my good sense of humor, enthusiasm, I organized many successful activities to promote the relationship between colleagues, and I learned the overflow of the impact of corporate culture, and actively participated in various charity activities to improve my own internal sublimation.
During 6-year time I accumulated a certain amount of practical experience, and try to have a great change, so I resigned, in July 2007, from the original work, and I entered a new company, Guangdong Shunde Yongda Garment Co., Ltd., which main customers are "Li Ning" "KAPPA" "Metersbonwe", as well as children's clothing. I experienced a different corporate culture, and to further improve the various process of production to follow up orders, and strengthened the standardization of data-processing, but also accumulated the management experience. And one year later, I would like to equip my own with more knowledge. I decided to quit my job no matter how the general manager’s detainment. After then I access to training in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. At school, my major is the Business English. there I am the two re-election monitor, and assist the teacher to complete the logistical work, and hold all kind of actives in class and outside.
