Assist to establish ISO documents and responsible for audit
Set up rules and regulations of department, make target plans
Provide best services to clients and meet clients’ requirements.
Receive and control orders from oversea client and trading company. Coordinate PMC and shipping department ensure on-time delivery, assist to apply Form A & CO., make sure shipment documents send out to customer immediately after shipment and in time payment.
Follow up on customer complaints. Coordinate the resolve in a timely reply to customer satisfaction.
