Hello guys, nice to here to share my shortterm goal with you. You know that almost every boy is in want of a robust body with sturdy muscles, of course I am one of them. In order for this, I will do 7500 pushups in the next 3 months. For me, as a boy, doing pushups is an effective method to build muscle, which not only contributes to my blood circulation, but also conduces to the refreshment of my mind. Especially at present, in winter, indoors sports are increasingly accepted by people. So it is wise to take this method into consideration to build muscle and refresh my brain. Now you see how relevant it is to me, and I will show you how measurable it is. I will do 50 pushups every night, including weekends. To tell the truth, I am not the kind of guy who is of perseverance. But I will try my best to carry out my plan. If I forget it someday, I will catch up the next day. In this way, 150 days later, 7500 pushups will be finished. That is to say, I will accomplish my plan in 3 months. According to this, my goal is an achievable one, right?

From this, we know thathealth is very important to everybody. But how to keepfit? Many people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.
First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s my personal experience.
As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy body.

I recalled that every year, we have Sports Meeting. It is one of the biggest activities for us. Now it is coming soon. Everyone is getting ready for this. Sports Meeting is interesting and exciting. I like it very much. There are many matches. I never joined the matches until last year. Last year , I went to join one thousand and five hundred metre race. It is too long for me to run it fast. So I am the last one of that group. This year , I am going to join eight hundred metre race. It is shorter than last year but it is more difficult. Everybody in this race will run faster, but if I run fast I can not get the destination. Because it is too tired for me to finish it. On the afternoon of November 18, we had the opening ceremony of the Fourth Dongzhou Middle School Sports Festival. Each class gave a wonderful performance. The next day, we had an exciting sports meeting. Many players were in it. All the others just watched them. Some were busy writing articles about it. The boys and girls 1500 metres races were the most exciting games. The relay races were exciting, too. Everyone cheered for the competitions. They did their best. When they scored for their own class, everyone was so excited that they jumped to their feet. The sports meeting didn’t end until four in the afternoon. We were tired but we were so happy.
