  我曾經(jīng)接到一位媽媽的微信,她說(shuō)我家孩子的英語(yǔ)在班里是比較靠后的吧,我們覺(jué)得她對(duì)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)興趣不高有點(diǎn)著急了?想咨詢一下您如何提高她的興趣。

  對(duì)于這個(gè)問(wèn)題,我經(jīng)過(guò)深入的思考,現(xiàn)答復(fù)如下:

  1、我從來(lái)不給學(xué)生們進(jìn)行排名,所以無(wú)所謂誰(shuí)在班里比較靠前或者比較靠后,對(duì)于一年級(jí)的學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),如果某某的英語(yǔ)說(shuō)得比較好,也許只是表示這些內(nèi)容他已經(jīng)在課外班學(xué)會(huì)了,在課堂上僅僅是展示而已;如果某某的英語(yǔ)說(shuō)得還不夠好,也并不說(shuō)明他就差,因?yàn)樗莿倓偨佑|,真正學(xué)會(huì)一定還是需要一個(gè)過(guò)程的。所以我從不給一年級(jí)的學(xué)生下判斷,誰(shuí)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)得好,誰(shuí)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)得不好。他們還處于發(fā)展變化中,過(guò)早的貼上一個(gè)標(biāo)簽是不合適的。

  2、樹(shù)立學(xué)生學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的自信心。 ?

  起始階段的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)只要求孩子能聽(tīng)能說(shuō)。由于孩子年領(lǐng)較小,在起始階段時(shí)會(huì)有一個(gè)沉默期,進(jìn)一步的聽(tīng)和說(shuō)都需要一個(gè)過(guò)程。所以,對(duì)孩子在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題不要過(guò)分著急,不要強(qiáng)迫學(xué)生背單詞、背句子。我在一個(gè)班級(jí)調(diào)查了孩子們頭疼的事情,其中就有:“家長(zhǎng)逼著我背單詞,背長(zhǎng)句子等!”這些超越孩子能力范圍的事情,會(huì)讓學(xué)生產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的挫敗感,不利于后面的學(xué)習(xí)。對(duì)一時(shí)開(kāi)不了口的孩子要從多聽(tīng)錄音入手,在聽(tīng)錄音的同時(shí)鼓勵(lì)孩子模仿。

  在人格發(fā)展理論中講到這樣一個(gè)觀點(diǎn):6-12歲的兒童的發(fā)展階段是勤奮對(duì)自卑。處于這一階段的兒童主要發(fā)展任務(wù)是體驗(yàn)成功帶給他們的勤奮感,即對(duì)自己以及對(duì)自己的能力具有良好的感覺(jué)。失敗則會(huì)帶來(lái)消極的自我感覺(jué),讓兒童自卑。

  所以希望家長(zhǎng)們能對(duì)孩子少一些批評(píng),多一些鼓勵(lì)。前一段時(shí)間,學(xué)習(xí)四單元數(shù)字的時(shí)候,我就留了一個(gè)作業(yè):讓學(xué)生們倒著背誦10個(gè)數(shù)字。

  絕大部分的學(xué)生都能倒背,但是還有幾個(gè)孩子,背誦起來(lái)有些難度,這些孩子的家長(zhǎng)都很著急,紛紛給我微信說(shuō):“我們一直督促孩子背,可還是不熟練!”“這兩天一直在學(xué)習(xí)倒著背誦英語(yǔ)數(shù)字,在家我們也一直在教,但總是記不住,可能我們也有些著急。”“我們的孩子就屬于每個(gè)數(shù)字都要正著默數(shù),才能背出來(lái)的,但孩子已經(jīng)盡力了!”

  看了這些信息,我突然有些過(guò)意不去,因?yàn)楹⒆幽苷鴶?shù)數(shù)字就可以了,我讓他們倒著數(shù),只是想訓(xùn)練孩子們的思維,沒(méi)想到家長(zhǎng)們特別負(fù)責(zé),還可能因?yàn)楹⒆颖巢幌聛?lái)跟孩子急等。

  于是我趕緊給這些家長(zhǎng)回復(fù):每天讓孩子練練就可以了,不要強(qiáng)求,你急了,孩子可能就煩了。

  其實(shí),我還想說(shuō)的是:每個(gè)孩子的學(xué)習(xí)都有自己的速度,在起步階段,家長(zhǎng)一定要有足夠的耐心,甚至有的'孩子還會(huì)有很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間的沉默期,就如同等著一朵花開(kāi)一樣,我們也要等著孩子慢慢成長(zhǎng)! 從小給孩子樹(shù)立學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的信心,而不是打擊他。

  3、養(yǎng)成良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣

  在課堂上,要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng)錄音、模仿、大聲朗讀,在同學(xué)發(fā)言時(shí)可以不出聲跟讀以及同伴合作學(xué)習(xí)等。在家里,每天堅(jiān)持聽(tīng)錄音至少15-20分鐘。鼓勵(lì)孩子把當(dāng)天在英語(yǔ)課上學(xué)到的內(nèi)容用英語(yǔ)重復(fù)出來(lái),并鼓勵(lì)孩子在平時(shí)積極、大膽、大聲開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。

  四、 五個(gè)要求:

  1、單詞:能夠根據(jù)圖片或?qū)嵨镎f(shuō)單詞,不要求認(rèn)讀單詞。

  2、句子:能夠聽(tīng)懂書(shū)中重點(diǎn)句子,不要求認(rèn)讀,能與他人進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的對(duì)話。

  3、歌曲歌謠:能夠熟練掌握幾首自己喜歡的歌曲歌謠,其他的能夠跟著音樂(lè)唱出關(guān)鍵詞和句即可。

  4、故事:能聽(tīng)懂并指圖說(shuō)出關(guān)鍵句子。不要求每句話都會(huì)說(shuō)。

  5、人物,在目錄前面,要求能熟練叫出他們的名字。

  上述要求是最低要求,您可以根據(jù)自己孩子的情況適當(dāng)提高,但原則是孩子可以接受,比如您要求孩子背單詞,孩子并不反感,您就可以這樣做。

  五、 補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明:聽(tīng)讀課

  聽(tīng)讀課現(xiàn)在分兩部分內(nèi)容,一部分是自然拼讀,我們一年級(jí)本學(xué)期的教學(xué)目標(biāo)是在歌謠中感知26個(gè)字母的發(fā)音,為將來(lái)的拼詞,自主閱讀繪本,默寫單詞打下優(yōu)良的基礎(chǔ)。

  典范英語(yǔ),我們當(dāng)做練習(xí)自然拼讀的繪本使用,也是讓學(xué)生感知,對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生進(jìn)一步的興趣即可,學(xué)生們還不能做到完整地朗讀。

  六、評(píng)價(jià)方式:

  形成性評(píng)價(jià):

  1、單詞朗讀

  2、歌謠說(shuō)唱

  3、口語(yǔ)交際

  4、故事表演

  5、綜合練習(xí)

  每學(xué)完一個(gè)單元,我都會(huì)檢查讀單詞、說(shuō)句子的情況。對(duì)于有錯(cuò)的孩子,采用單獨(dú)輔導(dǎo)的方式,確保無(wú)一人掉隊(duì),全都合格。

  后期會(huì)帶孩子們做兩張小卷子,主要是學(xué)習(xí)如何審題,如何按要求做題

  終結(jié)性評(píng)價(jià):

  采取“樂(lè)學(xué)嘉年華”的形式進(jìn)行,沒(méi)有紙筆測(cè)試,以聽(tīng)說(shuō)為主。
