Everyone has his own dream, which can be realized or not and which can be different from time to time. However, there must be a long –term one in one’s mind. In other words, it is not easy to be realized. I have a dream: to pass CET-6 before I graduate from the university. It’s maybe easy for most of my classmates, but to me it is as difficult as cracking the hardest nut in the world. I have been studying English for about 10 years. It should not be the No.1 task in my university agenda, but too many failures forced me to do so. I entered one of the most famous universities in China with the almost lowest English mark among all my students. I was really disappointed about that.Although I was not good at English when I was in the middle school, it was not at least about the average. I had no strength to face the frustration. After a semester’s study I was the lowest indeed. I have never cried for study before, but this time I shed tears. Since then I made up my mind to pass CET-6 before my graduation.
Glanced back to my English studying experience, I realized that interest is one of the key factors to grasp knowledge. I study English only for the examination before, but not the language itself. That is the weakest point of me. I must overcome it so as to realize my dream. I made a plan: read one story until I can recite it each day; listen to the tapes related to the books as well. English is not so disgusting for me now. I will persist in doing so even after I pass CET-6. I wish my English would be as good as my native language in the future.

今天我們在這里舉行會議是為了迎接20xx年的第一場戰(zhàn)役,也就是第一次質(zhì)檢,當(dāng)然,我們的最終目的是迎接高考,F(xiàn)在,英語學(xué)習(xí)進入了一個非常關(guān)鍵的階段,也是一個瓶頸階段。不少高三學(xué)生雖然努力學(xué)習(xí)英語,但仍然沒有明顯的進步,有時會感到力不從心,手足無措。其實最主要的原因可能在于學(xué)習(xí)方法上出現(xiàn)了一些問題。在這里我給大家提幾點建議供大家參考。
一、制定計劃。要想學(xué)好一門語言,首先要一個切實可行的計劃,用以指導(dǎo)自已的學(xué)習(xí),古人說得好“凡事預(yù)則立,不預(yù)則廢!弊鍪掠杏媱澗筒粫騺y仗,也不會感到盲從。
二、專心聽課。課堂是獲取知識的主要來源,上課是學(xué)生進解和掌握基礎(chǔ)的基本技能并在此基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展認(rèn)知能力的一個關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),這就要求同學(xué)們始終保持高度集中的注意力,力爭在課內(nèi)就把一節(jié)課的內(nèi)容記住,當(dāng)堂消化。
三、及時復(fù)習(xí)。知識貴在落實,課后及時復(fù)習(xí)能加深和鞏固對新知識理解和記憶,系統(tǒng)在掌握新知識以達(dá)到靈活運用,即知識遷移的目的。
四、掌握正確的記憶方法。英語是一門記憶很強的學(xué)科,要大量積累詞匯。很多同學(xué)最煩記單詞,總是抱怨記不住,以致于喪失了信心。這是因為你沒有了解到記憶的規(guī)律,沒有掌握記單詞的技巧,F(xiàn)在我給大家介紹幾種方法。
1、及時記憶法,要求上課時認(rèn)真聽講,爭取趁熱打鐵,當(dāng)堂記住。
2、聯(lián)想記憶法,如bridgroom和brid。有room的是新郎
3、分類記憶法,把單詞分門別類,如動物、植物類。
4、感官記憶法也叫運動記憶法。盡可能發(fā)用多種感官,耳聽、口讀、手寫、眼看、心記等。
5、構(gòu)詞記憶法,通過分析詞根、前綴、后綴、派生和合成等記憶單詞。
6、情景記憶法,把某個單詞放在一個句子或者一段話中去記憶。
7、比較記憶法,反義詞、同義詞、同音詞。
8、拼讀記憶法,讀準(zhǔn)單詞的發(fā)音是記住單詞的前提,拼讀記憶首先要求把單詞讀準(zhǔn)確,充分認(rèn)識單詞的讀音與拼寫之間的關(guān)系。如nthusiastic
9、循環(huán)記憶法,任何先進的單詞記憶法都必須進行反復(fù)記憶。學(xué)了可能會遺忘,為了防止遺忘,一定要不斷發(fā)進行階段性復(fù)習(xí)。可以把單詞和重點句子寫在長片上放在口袋里或貼在桌子上、放在枕頭連隨時記憶。有些單詞不是你記不住,而是你重復(fù)的次數(shù)不夠多。
五、培養(yǎng)良好的語感。什幺是語感?語感具有一聽就清,一說就順,一寫就通,一讀就懂的功能。那幺,怎樣培養(yǎng)語感呢?
1、從聽力訓(xùn)練開始,在聽力方面,一是聽課文錄音帶,去感知模仿形成正確的`語音、語調(diào),二是聽英語廣播、電視節(jié)目及原聲電影等,三是認(rèn)真對待我們平時的聽力訓(xùn)練,要沉著、冷靜、細(xì)心,抓關(guān)鍵詞,瞄準(zhǔn)下一個句子和題目。
2、朗讀、背誦是培養(yǎng)語感的捷徑。主要是多讀課文及聽力教材,要將一個單詞讀準(zhǔn),一個句子讀順,一篇文章讀爛,平時朝讀時要最大聲、最快速、最清晰地讀。通過誦讀,同學(xué)們可對文章的語意、語法、語氣、語調(diào)、節(jié)奏、重音了然于心。
3、要進行廣泛閱讀。閱讀是吸收語言材料的最好途徑,實踐證明,學(xué)生閱讀面越寬,語言實踐越大,閱讀理解能力便越強。只有通過讀,才能夠獲得最大的實踐量,才能享受到學(xué)習(xí)外語的真正甜頭和學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。閱讀的數(shù)量多了,一些常用詞匯、句式結(jié)構(gòu)自然在腦子中形成了印象,也就逐漸形成了語感,F(xiàn)在我們每天至少應(yīng)閱讀一兩篇文章。
4、多積累多寫作是培養(yǎng)語感的必經(jīng)之路。在平時寫日記、周記,考試時盡量使用通過積累的高級詞匯和句型,這樣才能有效地提高寫作水平。
六、要注重課本,排查要點,各個擊破。這幾年高考中都有課文中的原句子,同學(xué)們要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)隱藏在課文中的命題胚胎。
七、要持之以恒,孜孜不倦。俗話說“一日學(xué),一日功”,“一日不學(xué),十日空”。也就是要講究一個“勤”字,做到天天讀,天天背,天天練,天天總結(jié),養(yǎng)成一種好習(xí)慣,這樣你就離成功不遠(yuǎn)了。
八、要提高自已的應(yīng)試素質(zhì),把平時的考試當(dāng)作高考,把高考當(dāng)作平時的考試。

I"m an easygoing girl and get along well with my classmates. I like blue, as I love the sky, because it can make me feel happy from the bottom of my heart.I also like traveling in summer. As the saying goes"Travel is restored to the fountain of youth","A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner" is my motto. My dream is to become a doctor. I hope when my family get injured ,I know what to do.Today I"m going to talk about choice.
Everyone has a choice when he wakes up in the early morning.You can choose to be happy or sad all the day. But for me , I think I have responsibilities to fulfill all the day. So every morning my first job is to choose what kind of day I am going to have. Today I can complain because it is rainy or I can be grateful that the grass is watered for free. Today I can feel sad because I don"t have more money or I can be glad that it will prevent me from wasting.
Today I can feel very down because of a bad cold or I can rejoice that I am still alive.

With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.
I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

That was the first impression she left on us when she first gave us an English lesson.
In her class, she taught us carefully and patiently. She always made opportunities for us to speak English. Little by little, I had interest in English, but English was a new subject to me, I had many difficulties in learning it well. I often felt very confused. It was Ms. Li who helped me to find ways to overcome my difficulties. She helped me to practice speaking English everyday. She always encouraged me whenever I lost heart. She helped me to have confidence in myself. She gave me what I needed, courage, confidence, good ways to learn English and opportunities to speak English in class. So I was grateful for her. 英語是當(dāng)今世界廣泛使用的語言,是國際交流與合作的重要溝通工具,是思想與文化的重要載體。學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語對吸取人類優(yōu)秀文明成果、借鑒外國先進科學(xué)技術(shù)、傳播中華文化、增進中國與其他國家的相互理解具有重要的意義和作用。為了促進英語的高效教學(xué),新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出英語核心素養(yǎng)的先進理念。
英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)是學(xué)生在接受相應(yīng)學(xué)段英語課程教育的過程中,逐步形成和提升的適應(yīng)個人終身發(fā)展和社會發(fā)展需要的必備品格和關(guān)鍵能力,綜合表現(xiàn)為四大素養(yǎng),由語言能力、文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力組成。就其關(guān)系而言,語言能力是基礎(chǔ)要素,文化品格是價值取向,思維品質(zhì)是心智表征,學(xué)習(xí)能力是發(fā)展條件。英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)涵蓋了知識、能力和態(tài)度,四大核心素養(yǎng)相互滲透,融合互動,協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是所有學(xué)生應(yīng)具有的、學(xué)以致用的基礎(chǔ)性綜合素養(yǎng)。
為了更好提高落實新課標(biāo),提高學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng),我結(jié)合核心素養(yǎng)的四個方面談一下自己的體會和建議。
一、探究課程內(nèi)容,提升語言能力
語言能力是指在社會情境中,以聽、說、讀、看、寫等方式理解和表達(dá)意義、意圖和情感態(tài)度的能力。英語語言能力構(gòu)成英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ),是學(xué)生發(fā)展文化品格、思維品質(zhì)和學(xué)習(xí)能力的依托。英語語言能力的提高有助于學(xué)生拓寬文化視野,豐富思維方式,在全球化背景下開展跨文化交流。
教師要深入研讀語篇,把握教學(xué)核心內(nèi)容。研讀語篇就是讀者對語篇的主題、內(nèi)容、文體結(jié)構(gòu)、語言特點、作者觀點等做深入的解讀。教師要積極研究如何在教學(xué)中落實培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的目標(biāo),探索有效的教與學(xué)的方式,努力實踐以主題意義為引領(lǐng)的英語學(xué)習(xí)活動觀,實施深度教學(xué)。教師必須深入研究課程內(nèi)容,提煉重點,設(shè)計有效的教學(xué)活動,通過聽說讀寫訓(xùn)練,提高學(xué)生的語言能力。
二、發(fā)掘優(yōu)秀文化思想,培養(yǎng)文化品格
文化品格是指對中外文化的理解和對優(yōu)秀文化的認(rèn)同,是學(xué)生在全球化背景下表現(xiàn)出的文化意識、人文修養(yǎng)和行為取向。文化品格體現(xiàn)英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的價值取向。文化品格的培育有助于學(xué)生樹立世界眼光,增強國家認(rèn)同感和家國情懷,學(xué)會做人做事,成長為有文化修養(yǎng)和社會責(zé)任感的.人。
落實立德樹人根本任務(wù),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)。教師應(yīng)當(dāng)充分把握教材的編寫理念、設(shè)計思路應(yīng)突出英語學(xué)科的育人價值,有機融入社會主義核心價值觀,將立德樹人的根本任務(wù)落到實處。要緊密圍繞、依據(jù)學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)來確立教材內(nèi)容,無論是語篇和主題的選擇還是相應(yīng)的教學(xué)活動設(shè)計,都要體現(xiàn)對學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)價值,有利于學(xué)生發(fā)展語言能力,形成良好的文化品格和思維品質(zhì),學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí),樹立正確的價值觀和審美觀,提高學(xué)生的文化品格。
三、創(chuàng)設(shè)豐富多彩活動,促進思維品質(zhì)升華
思維品質(zhì)指人的思維個性特征,反映其在思維的邏輯性、批判性、創(chuàng)造性等方面所表現(xiàn)的能力和水平。思維品質(zhì)體現(xiàn)英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的心智發(fā)展。思維品質(zhì)的發(fā)展有助于提升學(xué)生分析問題和解決問題的能力,從跨文化的視角觀察和認(rèn)識世界,對事物作出正確的價值判斷,促進學(xué)生的深度學(xué)習(xí)。
具體而言,學(xué)習(xí)理解類活動主要指基于語篇的學(xué)習(xí)活動。以解決問題為目的,鼓勵學(xué)生從語篇中獲得新知,通過梳理、概括、整合信息,建立信息間的關(guān)聯(lián),形成新的知識結(jié)構(gòu),感知并理解語言所表達(dá)的意義和語篇所承載的文化價值取向。遷移創(chuàng)新類活動主要指超越語篇的學(xué)習(xí)活動。通過自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)方式,綜合運用語言技能,進行多元思維,創(chuàng)造性地解決陌生情境中的問題。英語學(xué)習(xí)活動的設(shè)計應(yīng)注意.情境創(chuàng)設(shè)要盡量真實,注意與學(xué)生已有的知識和經(jīng)驗建立緊密聯(lián)系,力求直接、簡潔、有效。教師要善于利用多種工具和手段,思維導(dǎo)圖或信息結(jié)構(gòu)圖,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過自主與合作相結(jié)合的方式,完成對信息的獲取與梳理、概括與整合、內(nèi)化與運用,教會學(xué)生在零散的信息和新舊知識之間建立關(guān)聯(lián),歸納和提煉基于主題的新知識結(jié)構(gòu)。
四、分組合作教學(xué),培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)能力
學(xué)習(xí)能力指學(xué)生積極運用和主動調(diào)適英語學(xué)習(xí)策略、拓寬英語學(xué)習(xí)渠道、努力提升英語學(xué)習(xí)效率的意識和能力。學(xué)習(xí)能力構(gòu)成英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)發(fā)展的必要條件。學(xué)習(xí)能力的形成有助于學(xué)生做好英語學(xué)習(xí)的自我管理,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,拓寬學(xué)習(xí)渠道,提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
我校的課改:問題引領(lǐng),學(xué)案導(dǎo)學(xué),其實在學(xué)習(xí)能力的培養(yǎng)方面已經(jīng)具有了相對成熟的經(jīng)驗。為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主、合作、探究的學(xué)習(xí)能力,教師要為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)支持和激勵的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。在教學(xué)中,教師要有意識地給予指導(dǎo);課中組織小組合作學(xué)習(xí)與探究活動;課后布置適量的拓展性作業(yè)。此外,教師要在教學(xué)中幫助學(xué)生學(xué)會選擇適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略,主動參與學(xué)習(xí)活動并嘗試自我評價和同伴互評,養(yǎng)成自我反思的習(xí)慣,在體驗自主學(xué)習(xí)、合作學(xué)習(xí)和探究式學(xué)習(xí)的過程中學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)。教師要在教學(xué)過程中幫助學(xué)生形成適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略。教師也可以引導(dǎo)學(xué)生交流學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略,互幫互學(xué)。教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成自我反思的習(xí)慣,反思自己的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和動機、學(xué)習(xí)方法和策略、語言能力現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進程,幫助學(xué)生不斷發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,成為有責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)習(xí)者。
