  What is friendship? The answers may be different. But one thing is clear that friendship is the most important ingredient in the recipe of life. We cannot live without friendship just as we cannot survive without air and water. Friendship gives us a feeling of security and warmth, and friendship encourages us to go ahead all the time.

  Everyone needs friends and is eager to get friendship. When we feel happy, we can share our happiness with friends. When we feel gloomy, friends will comfort us. If we are arrogant, our friends can persuade us, and they can make us confident and brave when we are discouraged.

  Friendship is valuable. It can touch your heart and give you hope. Many people are proud of having a good friend. True friendship must be sincere and must not have conditions. If you help your friends for no reason but simply because they are your friends, this means that you regard your friends as yourself. This is true friends.

  True friendship should be based on mutual understanding, not on mutual benefit. Moreover, both must also have similar ideals. If not, their friendship still cannot last long. Sometimes, people have good friends when they are young and studying in school. However, after graduation, when they are working in the society, their friendship will soon come to an end.

  Mutual understanding doesn’t always mean that we should know every thing of our friends. It means that they have similar ideals and trust each other. On the other hand, doing similar things can build up the friendship.

  In fact, friendship isn’t always easily kept. When you want to keep a friend, you should treat him or her like you want to be treated. Keep the secrets that your friend tells you. Keep your promise with your friend. Share things with your friend. Stick up for your friend. We should try our best to protect the friendship from being hurt.   讓游戲閃亮你的英語課堂

  游戲在英語課堂上的重要性都快比得上水之于魚了,很難想象一堂課上,如果沒有了游戲,該怎么繼續(xù)。不論高年級還是低年級,在游戲中學習都是一種十分有效的學習方式。低年級學生好動又好勝,游戲能讓他們在動身體的同時動腦,并且享受成功的喜悅。高年級的課堂相對而言比較乏味,適時的游戲會是絕佳的作料。好的游戲能讓一堂沉悶的英語課活躍起來,是學生學習的興奮的藥劑。

  一、游戲的安排應(yīng)講究一個“適”字,適時、適式、適度。

 。ㄒ唬┻m時組織游戲

  看準時機,針對學生的實際安排合適的游戲形式。

  1.讓學生從思想上盡快進入英語課堂,游戲?qū)胧莻相當快捷、有效的方法。我們可以安排listen and do,listen and point,look and say,flash and say等操作簡單,但具有檢查性質(zhì)的游戲。學生在玩游戲的同時,復習了舊知識,情感上也得到了體驗。而從這些舊知識的復習,我們可以自然過渡到新知識的傳授,溫故知新,以舊帶新,一舉兩得。

  2.在復習鞏固階段,最忌諱的是機械操練。游戲能使復習變得生動。比如我們學了一系列水果以后,安排老師拿一個水果,學生說出來的環(huán)節(jié),但反復幾次之后,學生的積極性就會減弱。這時,我們安排游戲Who is missing?Who is fast?Magic eyes等,學生的積極性就會立刻恢復,一只只小手又會爭先恐后地舉

  起。

  3.當學生的臉上閃過“無聊”、“困惑”的痕跡時,游戲可解“燃眉之急”。高年級的學生面臨背單詞、記單詞的難題。如果不講究方法地死記硬背,不但效果不好,學生的興趣也會逐漸降低。在這個階段,如果能幫助他們掌握正確的方法,促使他們主動背單詞,就會對他們以后的英語學習有很大的幫助。單詞接龍、吊死鬼、尋找共同點等游戲,不僅讓學生始終處于積極思考的狀態(tài),而且能提高他們課后記單詞的興趣。

 。ǘ┻m式組織游戲

  有些游戲的可用性很強,如copy不走樣等游戲,無論什么內(nèi)容,都能套用。但有些游戲,卻不是什么內(nèi)容都合適的。教師要學會使用最恰當?shù)挠螒,如flash and guess這樣的游戲僅適合單詞教學,而不適合鞏固句型。

  不同年齡階段的學生,對游戲的口味也不同,我們要學會投其所好。低年級的學生喜歡趣味性強的,如copy不走樣,high voice and low voice能引起他們參與的欲望。而高年級的學生則喜歡探索型的游戲,比如bingo、加減運算對抗賽就很受他們的歡迎。

  (三)適度組織游戲

  在教學中,我們不能只為讓學生放松、玩樂而安排游戲,歸根結(jié)底,游戲是為教學服務(wù)的。在游戲活動之前,我們必須指定相應(yīng)的規(guī)則,沒有規(guī)則,游戲過程就會很“亂”,有規(guī)則才能“活而

  有序”。當學生的“玩性”到五、六成的時候,我們的游戲就該結(jié)束了。因為如果游戲結(jié)束太早,學生才剛進入游戲狀態(tài),熟悉游戲規(guī)則,就結(jié)束游戲,一來掃興,二來游戲的“運用語言”的目的也沒達到。如果游戲結(jié)束得太晚,學生就會越來越無聊,下次再玩這類游戲就沒有了熱情。

  二、游戲的組織,還要講究一個“變”字——以不變應(yīng)萬變。

  (一)巧設(shè)陷阱

  同一個游戲“發(fā)口令,做動作”,一般都是教師怎么發(fā),學生怎么做,最多讓一個學生發(fā),其他學生做,偶爾做做反口令,分組進行比賽。做多了,學生的好奇心沒有了,游戲就變成了機械操練。如果設(shè)幾個陷阱,就會有“眼睛一眨,老母雞變鴨”的效果。趣味性的調(diào)節(jié)就是教師在做動作的時候,可以先慢慢地好像在做“坐下”的動作,眼神一定要是那種壞壞的,然后突然變成“起立”,讓學生產(chǎn)生和教師斗下去的欲望。師生成了“敵人”,而游戲就成了“戰(zhàn)爭”。把動作和語言結(jié)合起來,邊做動作邊說,動作和口令有時一致,有時不一致。在訓練學生對所學知識掌握的同時,還訓練了學生的反應(yīng)能力。

 。ǘ┳儞Q速度

  隨著學生對知識的掌握逐漸加深,訓練的速度可以逐漸加快,這不但適合學習的'規(guī)律,還使原本枯燥的操練重新顯出生氣,學生逐漸淡化的新奇感又被激起。

 。ㄈ┆剟顧C制的運用

  在教育中,我們能體會到表揚和激勵對學生起的作用比批評更大。在老師的激勵下,學生的探索精神更易發(fā)揮,更容易學會原本以為很難學的東西。我常常采用口頭表揚,認為給學生物質(zhì)獎勵會使他們變得功利,但在同事們的感染下,偶爾嘗試獎勵,也取得了很好的激勵效果。我用小五星激勵學生,常常搞得自己整個黃昏剪五角星,有時,一節(jié)課獎多了,自己還有點心疼,最重要的是用多了學生還不稀罕了。其實我們可以嘗試用加分的方法,注意分值有區(qū)別,加分要敏感,時時注意給學生以表揚,讓學生得到認可。這樣一來,不但讓自己得到解脫,更使獎勵更具可變性。

  (四)以人為本

  教育的對象是人,所以教育應(yīng)當以人為本。在游戲中,教師的神態(tài)、語態(tài)、眼神、動作是十分重要的,教師要用主持人一般的激情,讓每個學生都感覺到老師的召喚。我相信教師只有投入情感,學生才會給予相應(yīng)的回報。

  當我們感到教學有一絲疲倦的時候,一個小游戲會趕走疲倦,讓我們放松那根緊繃的弦,重新振作精神。當我們感到教學有一點枯燥的時候,一個小游戲會把歡笑帶來,當笑聲充滿教室時,我們的心也跟著飛舞。當我們感到教學有些沉悶的時候,一個小游戲讓我們的腦袋重新思考,手腦并用,邊玩樂邊學習。小學英語課堂里的游戲魅力無窮。
