　　It is easy to describe success in terms of money,fame and reputation. But I believe that success is not external. I believe that success comes from within. 　　These people are reclusive and had their emotions hidden within them. Ideals are the navigation mark and ambitions are the power for our striving. Secondly,I think you should think more. Look before you leap,we are impetuous,if we consider everything calmly; there’s nothing that we can not do successfully. Thirdly,I think you should work hard. An idle youth，a needy age. 　　最后，青春需要有良好的心態(tài)。做任何事情都要一個好的心態(tài)，遇到了挫折就要學會堅強，因為青春沒有失敗，只要你再次努力。有一句話叫做“得一時淡然，失一時坦然�！�
