Everybody knows that our life is very short，so the great educators always advocate us to do what we like and pursue for our goals bravely.Most people have many ideas in their minds and they dare not to take action，because thinking of the effort they make but what if they accomplish nothing，so they decide to give up and just live the boring life.It reminds me of the famous words，some people just die at age of 20 but only to be buried at the age of 70.As we are young and full of energy，it is a good time for us to fight for our future，never be afraid of failure，because it is the mother of success.We can achieve our goals if we have patience，just to cherish time and keep fighting.
Today，with the development of technology，people can receive the message from all kinds of ways.Some people think that technology isolates the communication and makes this society cold.But it is not true.When the public see the poor people in trouble，they are willing to donate money through the loving care projects.Love is around.
Though there are a lot of negative information delivered on the Internet，the warm theme is always cared by the public.For example，the news reported a young man who saved a boy，after he sent the boy to the hospital，he left quietly.The public was so eager to find the hero and showed their great respect.Loving project is a good way to help people who is in trouble，it is launched by the poor families and the information is needed to be certificated.Many lives have been saved.
We are happy to see love is around.It is the power to make us live long and help become a strong person.We need to pass the positive information and see the beauty of the world.

尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師們、同學(xué)們：
上午好！我是今年新進(jìn)教師，柴xx，來自高一化學(xué)組。非常榮幸，在開學(xué)典禮的今天，作為新教師代表在這里發(fā)言。
首先，請?jiān)试S我代表新老師向給我們提供實(shí)現(xiàn)人生抱負(fù)機(jī)會(huì)的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)表示衷心的感謝。
能夠成為一名教師，我們是幸福的；能夠成為二中的教師，我們更是深感自豪。從我們踏上三尺講臺(tái)的那一刻起，我們就肩負(fù)了教書育人的圣神職責(zé)。我們深感責(zé)任重大，我們必須努力進(jìn)取。在此，請?jiān)试S我代表全體新教師鄭重承諾，在今后的工作中努力做到以下四點(diǎn)：
一、做一名合格的教師
我們將以老教師為榜樣，虛心請教、刻苦專研、努力探索本學(xué)科的教學(xué)方法，做到因材施教，爭取在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)讓自己的教學(xué)步入正軌。
二、做一名品德高尚的教師
古人云：“學(xué)高為師，身正為范”。一名優(yōu)秀的教師不僅要有廣博的知識(shí)，更要有高尚的道德情懷。我們要以自己的人格去塑造學(xué)生的人格，用自己的道德情感去喚醒學(xué)生的'道德情感�！把詡鞑蝗缟斫獭蔽覀儗€懹浻谛�。
三、做一名有責(zé)任感的教師
“師者，所以傳道授業(yè)解惑也”。我們需要有高度的責(zé)任感，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實(shí)的工作作風(fēng)，精心備課、細(xì)心講解、耐心答疑，以平等的心態(tài)、欣賞的目光、發(fā)展的眼光去對(duì)待每一位學(xué)生，成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)上、生活中的好朋友。
四、做一名真正的鳳岡二中人
鳳岡二中的發(fā)展需要我們一代又一代人堅(jiān)持不懈的努力。我們將繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)二中的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，在校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的帶領(lǐng)下，努力奮斗，對(duì)學(xué)校的發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。在這個(gè)舞臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值。
作為一名老師我想對(duì)同學(xué)們說：沒有永遠(yuǎn)的最后，只有暫時(shí)的落后，每天進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，堅(jiān)持，就會(huì)成功。無論昨天的你怎樣都已經(jīng)過去。
新學(xué)期，新起點(diǎn)，新的希望，新的征程。我相信經(jīng)歷過磨練的我們會(huì)更加的成熟與自信！就讓我們期待明天更為豐碩的成果吧！在更為激勵(lì)的競爭中乘風(fēng)破浪，盡展二中風(fēng)采。在我們?nèi)w師生的努力下二中的明天會(huì)更加輝煌！

A man had a little daughter an only and much loved child.He lived for her ,she was his life.So when she became ill，he became like a man possessed，moving heaven and earth to bring about her restoration to health.
His best efforts，however，proved unavailing and the child died.The father became a bitter recluse，shutting himself away from his many friends and refusing every activity that might restore his poise and bring him back to his normal self.But one night he had a dream.
He was in heaven，witnessing a grand pageant of all the little child angels.They were marching in a line passing by the Great White Throne.Every white robed angelic child carried a candle.He noticed that one child‘s candle was not lighted.Then he saw that the child with the dark candle was his own little girl.Rushing to her，he seized her in his arms，caressed her tenderly，and then asked，“How is it，darling，that your candle alone is unlighted？” “Daddy，they often relight it，but your tears always put it out.”
Just then he awoke from his dream.The lesson was crystal clear，and its effects were immediate.From that hour on he was not a recluse，but mingled freely and cheerfully with his former friends and associates.No longer would his darling‘s candle be extinguished by his useless tears.
