　　六、交貨地點：需方企業(yè)所在地。

　　七、驗收方法：需方按上述第四、五條的質(zhì)量要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對供方交付的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行驗收，對發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合質(zhì)量要求和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的木料，應(yīng)在收貨后20天內(nèi)通知供方處理。

　　八、結(jié)算方式：貨到20天結(jié)帳，需方按驗收合格及成配套的'實際數(shù)量計算貨款，并在收到供方出具增值稅發(fā)票后以轉(zhuǎn)帳的方式支付貨款。對不成配套的產(chǎn)品，如有續(xù)單配套，再進(jìn)行結(jié)算，否則不予結(jié)算，后果由供方承擔(dān)。

　　九、雙方違約責(zé)任：

　　1、供方不能交貨的，按不能交貨部分貨款總值的30%向需方償付違約金。由此造成需方的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失超過違約金的，供方還應(yīng)給予賠償。

　　2、供方逾期交貨的（寬限期6天），按該貨款總值的日1%向需方償付違約金。因供方逾期交貨導(dǎo)致需方生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品不能按時交貨所造成的損失超過供方應(yīng)當(dāng)償付的違約金數(shù)額時，供方還應(yīng)給予賠償。

　　3、需方逾期支付貨款的，按逾期額的銀行貸款利率向供方支付違約金。

　　十、糾紛解決方式：雙方對合同履行中發(fā)生的爭議，應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量通過協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不成時，任何一方均可向法院起訴。
