　　據(jù)說(shuō)，cloud nine是美國(guó)氣象服務(wù)中的一個(gè)術(shù)語(yǔ)。在氣象服務(wù)中，各種不同的云系都有各自的數(shù)字代號(hào)，如，1號(hào)云系、2號(hào)云系。那么9號(hào)云系是哪種云呢?9號(hào)云系是一種叫做"積雨云" 的`特定代號(hào)。而"積雨云"的位置最高，因此，cloud nine就成了"處在世界頂峰"的形象代名詞，用來(lái)形容一種"情緒高漲"的狀態(tài)，和現(xiàn)在十分流行的"High"差不多。
