怎么寫邀請(qǐng)函
在日常生活中我們通常會(huì)用口頭或者電話方式邀請(qǐng)別人做客,但是如果遇到比較正式的場合,例如商業(yè)聚會(huì)、正式晚餐或婚禮等場合,就需要我們發(fā)送正式的書面邀請(qǐng)函了。
無論您要舉行什么樣的正式聚會(huì),在書寫邀請(qǐng)函時(shí)應(yīng)注意包含以下幾點(diǎn):
Names of party hosts or sponsoring organization. 聚會(huì)主人或主辦單位
Type of event (birthday party, business networking meeting, etc.). 聚會(huì)活動(dòng)
Place. 地點(diǎn)
Date. 日期
Time. 時(shí)間
RSVP date and phone number. 回復(fù)日期及聯(lián)系電話
Any special dress requirements from black-tie to bathing suits. 聚會(huì)著裝要求
在書寫正式邀請(qǐng)函時(shí)應(yīng)該注意以下幾點(diǎn):
1. Express that you are looking forward to seeing the person. 表達(dá)你殷切的邀請(qǐng)之情。
2. Do not use abbreviations and do not use contractions (don't; we'll) except for name titles, such as Mr., Mrs., etc. 在信件中不要使用縮寫和簡寫(名字前稱呼除外)。
3. If dinner will be served, state two separate times: the time people can start arriving and the time dinner will be served. 如果您的聚會(huì)中包括正餐,請(qǐng)把正餐的時(shí)間另外標(biāo)明,以便客人能夠在正餐前趕到。
4. If guests are not from your local area, include a map to the location of the event. 如果客人不熟悉赴宴的路線,最好附上地圖或是簡單的路線指示。
5. If you are inviting someone to speak at a conference, your invitation should include the following information: 如果是正式會(huì)議等的邀請(qǐng),您可能會(huì)邀請(qǐng)某些客人在會(huì)議上演講或致詞,那么就要在邀請(qǐng)函中再包括以下要點(diǎn):
- Type of audience; 聽眾對(duì)象
- The type of speech, topic, and how long the speech should be 演講類型及時(shí)間長短
- Any accommodations that will be made, including lodging, meals, and transportation; 為演講客人安排的住房、三餐以及交通設(shè)備
- The name of the contact person along with phone numbers and addresses where the person can be contacted 相關(guān)聯(lián)系工作人員的電話等。
一般說來,書寫邀請(qǐng)函的注意事項(xiàng)就是這些。邀請(qǐng)函分為三種:正式的,商務(wù)的和私人的。
